Jednym z elementów przygotowania programu jest podnoszenie kompetencji dydaktycznych nauczycieli, biorących w nim udział. Łącznie zaplanowano 16 godzin szkoleń obejmujących następujące zagadnienia:

- Planowanie efektywnej interakcji ze studentami w środowisku wirtualnym.

- Dydaktyka wrażliwa międzykulturowo – co to dzisiaj oznacza?

- Jak wykorzystać myślenie projektowe na zajęciach ze studentami? Krótki kurs design thinking.

Szkolenia, które odbędą się w dniach 5 stycznia oraz 2 i 4 lutego 2026.r., poprowadzą doświadczeni trenerzy z Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego

One of the elements of preparing the program is improving the skills of the teachers participating in it. A total of 16 hours of training is planned, covering the following topics:

- Planning effective interaction with students in a virtual environment.

- Interculturally sensitive teaching – what does it mean today?

- How to use design thinking in classes with students? A short course in design thinking.

The workshops, which will take place on January 5 and February 2 and 4, 2026, will be conducted by experienced trainers from the University of Gdańsk.
